RBL Bank credit card application status

Checking your RBL credit card application status online is easy. All you need is your application reference number and the mobile number you used when applying.

1. Get Your Application Reference Number
• If you apply online, you'll get a reference number by email, SMS, or a pop-up message.
• If you apply in person, you'll receive a slip with your reference number.
2. Use Your Mobile Number
• Make sure to have the mobile number you used when applying for the card.
3. Check Your Status
• Visit the RBL Bank website: Track Your Application.
• Enter your application number or mobile number and click Submit.
4. See Your Application Status
• Once you submit the details, you'll see your application status. It could show as In Progress, Approved, Dispatched, On Hold, Rejected, or No Records Found.

• No records found
  If the details you entered are incorrect, the system will show "No records found." Double-check and enter the correct information to get your application status.
• In-progress
  Your application is still being processed, and the bank is reviewing your details.
• On-hold
  If the bank has paused your application, it will show as "On-hold." This could be due to missing documents or incomplete information. The bank will contact you for the required details, and processing will continue once they are received.
• Approved
  If your application is approved, you will see the "Approved" status. Your credit card will be sent to the address you provided during the application.
• Dispatched
  Once your card has been sent out, you’ll see "Dispatched" as the status. The card should reach you within 2-3 working days. Make sure you're available to receive it, as it will be handed over only to the applicant.
• Disapproved
  If your application is rejected, you'll see "Disapproved." This means you did not meet the bank’s eligibility criteria. You will likely receive a message or SMS informing you of the rejection, but it won't provide the reason.
